Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Advance Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed via email or text upon booking. Payment: The consultation fee of $50 is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellation Policy Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your appointment without any penalty. Cancellations with Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may request a refund or apply the payment toward a future session. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will forfeit the consultation fee. Exceptions If an emergency arises, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule without penalty.
